Don't let the size fool you. Our tiny restaurant offers both drive-through and sit-down dining (6 people inside and two picnic tables outside). We make all our sauces from scratch and support our local military, police and fire by offering a discount on top of our already low prices.

At Colorado Smokehouse, we understand that barbecue wasn't invented in Colorado so we've taken the best of best. You'll love our Texas style brisket, Southern pulled pork, Memphis and K.C. style Ribs, burnt ends, cobbler and southern sweet tea. Our sauces? We've heard that our Kansas City, Georgia Mustard, and Carolina Vinegar "tastes just like home", but our unique Chipotle BBQ sauce seems to be the favorite (I think it's because we smoke our own jalapenos).
We use mesquite wood and prepare our own sauces. Texas style doesn't use sauce? Maybe not, but we think you'll like it. We only use dry rubs while smoking. You'll love our homemade smoked baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, mac-n-cheese and yes, we have the best collard greens.
